6th Graders Observe Life
1/10/13
This week, 6th grade students have been keeping logs about one aspect of their daily lives. The observations ranged from how much food a cat eats, to classmates' sleeve length compared to temperature, to the goings-on at East River Park. Students then created hypotheses about why the things they observed are the way they are. For homework, students were challenged to brainstorm what other information they would want/need to test their hypotheses.
